Our event organizer partner could arrange a transfer to / from airport and railway station

Once you arrive at the ​​the airport (or railway station), your driver meets you with a sign with your name and event’s name on it.
The cost of an individual transfer by car:

Pulkovo Airport – Hotel “Azimut” – 1550 rubles.
Hotel “Azimut” – Pulkovo Airport – 1500 rubles.

Moskovsky railway station (Saint Petersburg) – Hotel “Azimut” – 900 rubles.
Hotel “Azimut” – Moskovsky railway station (Saint Petersburg) – 900 rubles.

You can order the transfer at you personal account page via the ‘Evening events, classes and additional services‘ tab. If you do so, please, write the date, time and flight/train number in the comments.

The deadline for booking transfers and corresponding payment – 20.04.2020
Cancellation before 20.04.2020 – no penalty.
Cancellation after 20.04.2020 – 100% penalty.
All the refunds are processed after the event with a minus of 10% service fee.

Note that transfer is surely an optional service. To get to/from the aiport and railway station you can use public transport (the details can be found here or here)
